Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
IT Systems Support Analyst
to support and maintain procurement and supply chain applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with platforms such as
Smart GEP
or
SAP Ariba
, combined with a strong foundation in
application support and IT service management (ITSM)
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for procurement and supply chain systems.
  • Manage
    incidents, requests, and changes
    following ITIL/ITSM best practices using
    ServiceNow
    .
  • Coordinate
    testing, validation, and deployment
    activities with cross-functional IT and business teams.
  • Collaborate with
    procurement and supply chain stakeholders
    to understand business processes, resolve issues, and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in the
    software development lifecycle (SDLC)
    , focusing on system stability, optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain clear documentation for configurations, issue resolutions, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience supporting
    vendor or SaaS applications
    (preferably
    Smart GEP
    or
    SAP Ariba
    ).
  • Strong understanding of
    ITSM frameworks
    including
    Incident and Change Management
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    ServiceNow
    for managing incidents, tasks, and changes.
  • Excellent
    coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
    .
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Preferred:
    Familiarity with
    procurement and supply chain workflows
    , including requisitioning, sourcing, and invoicing processes.

Preferred Background:

  • 2–4 years of experience in
    application support
    or
    IT systems analysis
    .
  • Experience in
    enterprise procurement or supply chain environments
    .
  • Knowledge of
    integration and data flow
    between ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement platforms.
