What You Bring to the Table
- At least
1 year of relevant work experience - Excel expertise and proficiency in MS Office products
- Background supporting SaaS applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Personable, able to build strong relationships
- Innovative and creative mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence, adaptability, and resilience
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving skills
What You'll Be Doing
- Respond to level 1 and level 2 product support issues via tickets, phone calls, or remote sessions
- Investigate and replicate issues that meet quality assurance requirements
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve processes and procedures
- Stay current with updates, processes, policies, and procedures
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Support team practices
- Provide regular and ad hoc support for the company as required
- Comply with corporate and divisional service, personal, professional, and ethical standards
- Review and sanitize customer data using CSV/Excel and liaise with overseas counterparts before importing data into internal support system
- Perform any other tasks and activities suitable for a Support role
