We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Central Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Inventory Planning team. In this role, you will oversee demand forecasting, supply coordination, and inventory optimization across all sites. You'll work closely with procurement, warehouse operations, and project teams to ensure seamless operations, minimize supply risks, and support business continuity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement effective inventory planning strategies aligned with company goals. Oversee demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory optimization.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Laboratory Operations to align supply and demand.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory data within ERP/WMS systems. Lead inventory planning for new site onboarding and expansion projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (PDEA, FDA, DOH) and internal SOPs. Review and approve monthly inventory performance reports and recommend process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or any Business-related course.
  • At least 5 years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, data visualization tools, and ERP/WMS systems. Knowledge in transport analysis, route planning, and delivery scheduling is a plus.
