We are looking for a detail-oriented
HRIS/Reports Analyst
to support and maintain our
Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, contribute to HR system improvements, and assist in process documentation and reporting. This role is key in maintaining the integrity of HR data and supporting HR initiatives through system optimization and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HRIS records
  • Conduct regular data audits and ensure system integrity
  • Provide first-level HRIS support to internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate on system enhancements, upgrades, and testing
  • Generate HR reports and metrics for internal use
  • Participate in process mapping and documentation projects
  • Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with regulations
  • Assist with HR audits and provide required documentation
  • Support change management initiatives for new HR processes
  • Perform administrative and ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle)
  • Familiarity with HR concepts, systems, and reporting practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Exposure to process improvement, HR system implementation, project coordination and change management is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage time and multiple tasks efficiently
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Discreet in handling confidential and sensitive data
  • Must be willing to work night shift and in a hybrid setup in Ayala, Makati
