Realtime Analyst (Project Management)

Location: Quezon City, Pasig, Taguig

Schedule: Shifting

Salary: ₱30,000–₱35,000

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (any field)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Real-Time Analytics or Queue Monitoring in the BPO industry
  • Experience handling SLA and KPI management
  • Experience with blended accounts (voice and non-voice)
  • Background in Forecasting or Scheduling is an advantage

Operations Team Lead (Mobility Account)

Location: Pasig

Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Shifting

Salary: ₱40,000–₱45,000

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or any tech-related course (strictly required)
  • More than 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in a technical account
  • Experience handling both voice and non-voice LOBs

Quality Analyst (Talent Management)

Location: Quezon City, Pasig, Taguig

Schedule: Shifting

Salary: ₱25,000–₱31,000

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (any field)
  • At least 1 year of QA experience in a BPO setup
  • Strong skills in Root Cause Analysis
  • Experience with blended accounts (voice and non-voice)

Reports Analyst Lead (Talent Management)

Location: Pasig or Taguig

Schedule: Shifting

Salary: ₱35,000–₱40,000

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (any 4-year course)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reports Analyst
  • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL, VBA, or BI tools preferred
  • Familiar with ATS, HRIS, or recruitment systems

Information Security Analyst (BPO Team)

Location: Pasig or Taguig

Schedule: Shifting

Salary: ₱20,000–₱25,000

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (any field)
  • ISO 27001 Certification is required
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Information Security Analyst
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ISO 27001 standards

Trainer (Talent Management)

Location: Pasig or Taguig

Schedule: Shifting

Salary: ₱30,000–₱32,000

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (any field)
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer in the BPO industry
  • Must have handled Healthcare Insurance or Travel Insurance accounts
  • Experience handling both voice and non-voice LOBs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
