What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of customer service or call centre experience, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in navigating and utilising various software and digital tools
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a virtual environment
