The Sales and Marketing Executive's primary objective is to drive revenue growth by promoting Abagatan Ti Manilas's services, increasing bookings, and building strong relationships with clients and corporate partners.

  • Perform to set sales and marketing strategies
  • Able to perform to achieve business goals and sales targets
  • Assisting the Sales Manager
  • Identify new opportunities to increase sales channels and report them to the Sales Manager and President
  • Research markets for selling the company's products and services
  • Negotiating sales contract, terms, and conditions with clients
  • Attend to clients' complaints and negotiations
  • Plan and implement innovative campaigns, organizing client meets/events, media planning, market intelligence, competitor analysis, etc.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain good customer relationships to existing and potential clients
  • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner to achieve the overall objectives of this position
  • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working relationship
  • At all times, projects a favorable image of Abagatan Ti Manila to the public
  • Perform any other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Hotel sales or similar to acquire meetings and group business.
  • Preferred sales experience in Resorts or Hotels outside of Metro
  • Reports to Abagatan Ti Manila (Tagaytay) from time to time
  • Applicants not meeting these requirements need not apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
