About the Job:

  • Onsite in Robinsons Cybergate, Cebu City for applicants within Cebu while WAH option for applicants outside of Cebu (equipment and fibr connection to be shouldered by the employee)
  • Full-time job; following US hours (9:00 PM- 6:00 AM local)

Key Responsibilities:

Ramp-Related:

  • Manage day-to-day tasks within the Ramp platform, including expense monitoring, approvals, and weekly reporting.
  • Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of coding and approvals within Ramp.
  • Prepare and analyze weekly Ramp reports for management review and decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide guidance or basic training to employees on Ramp usage.
  • Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to align Ramp data with company records and ensure accuracy.

Non-Ramp / General Accounting Support:

  • Collect, review, and consolidate reports from various teams for financial analysis and presentation.
  • Package and format month-end reports for executive and leadership teams.
  • Assist with preparation and maintenance of fixed asset reports, loan tracking reports, and other key financial documentation.
  • Help track operational tasks and project timelines across accounting departments.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes by providing accurate and timely data.
  • Generate ad hoc financial and operational reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting operations, expense management, or financial reporting.
  • Proficiency with Ramp or similar spend-management platforms; experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or ERP integrations a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience supporting U.S.-based clients in a BPO or offshore environment.
  • Familiarity with spend management workflows, policy compliance, and approval processes.
  • Experience with automation tools or reporting dashboards is an advantage.
