About the Role:

We're looking for a highly experienced Amazon PPC Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day ad management for multiple Amazon seller accounts - including strategy, campaign builds, bid optimization, reporting, and ongoing performance improvement.

You'll work closely with our account team to execute on client goals, join client calls to provide expert insight, and collaborate on strategic roadmaps to drive growth.

Internship / Trial Period:

This position will begin with a paid 60-day internship (trial period) to ensure mutual fit. During this time, you will receive compensation while demonstrating your skills, adapting to the role, and integrating with the team. At the end of the 60 days, your performance will be reviewed. Successful candidates will transition to a full-time role under a standard employment agreement.

Minimum Qualifications: What You'll Do:

  • Manage Amazon PPC campaigns across multiple accounts (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).
  • Perform ongoing keyword research and bid management.
  • Build and optimize campaigns using flat files and internal tools.
  • Monitor performance, analyze reports, and create custom reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate with account managers to align PPC strategy with client business goals.
  • Join client calls as needed to provide PPC updates and answer questions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve results and reduce wasted spend.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Ads, keyword strategy, campaign structure, and optimization best practices.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools, keyword research platforms, and flat files.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written) — this is a client-facing role.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and accountability.
