Personal Injury Case Manager

Work Schedule:- Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM with a 30-min Paid Break
Key Responsibilities
Case Management
Assist with onboarding and setting up new personal injury cases
Manage a designated caseload of PI pre-litigation cases
Input, update, and maintain case information within the legal case management software
Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders
Provide clients with case updates, explain medical treatment options, and guide them through the claims process
Assist clients in navigating medical providers, scheduling appointments, and understanding procedures
Review and analyze medical records to determine case value and appropriate treatment
Manage and coordinate clients' medical care, including surgery, injections, infusions, and other treatments
Organize, manage, and track case documents and records
Draft and send initial correspondence to clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
Prepare complete and accurate files for submission to the demands department
Support attorneys and case managers with administrative and case-related tasks as needed
Ensure all sensitive information is handled with discretion and professionalism
