Facilities & Security Senior Manager

Responsible for the overall management of facility maintenance, repairs, construction projects, and the school safety and security programs and related activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Facilities Management

● Oversee the school facilities maintenance, repairs and construction/renovation projects.

● Monitor the Facilities Maintenance, Cleaning Monitoring and Facilities Projects regular reports and updates.

● Coordinate with Department Heads Deans and School Principals for their facilities requirements

● Plan and supervise Sustainability programs.

Security and Safety Management

● Establish and implement the framework necessary to ensure safety and security operations, policies, and procedures.

● Oversee the correction of all issues in the interest of safety, security, and risk reduction.

● Conduct program risk assessment and develop appropriate strategy.

General & Administrative

● Create, update, and recommend new policies, procedures, programs, and services for continuous improvement.

● Prepare and analyze reports for planning and budgeting.

● Work on the performance management and career development of direct reports - Facilities Manager and Security and Safety Manager - and their respective teams.
