Responsibilities
Advertising & Performance Analytics
Manage and optimize Google Ads, Performance Max, and Meta Ads campaigns
Implement conversion tracking, GTM containers, enhanced conversions, and event triggers
Build Looker Studio dashboards and performance reports
Conduct budget pacing, keyword optimization, and data QA
Integrate ad performance data with GA4 and CRM systems
SEO & Technical Optimization
Execute advanced on-page SEO (internal linking, structured data/JSON-LD, entity optimization)
Resolve indexing issues, Core Web Vitals errors, and schema validation
Manage Rank Math/Yoast, sitemaps, and canonical structures
Perform technical audits using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
Automate SEO reporting via Google Sheets, Apps Script, or API connectors
Web Development & CMS Operations
Implement front-end updates and code QA in WordPress and Shopify 2.0 (Liquid)
Maintain CMS structure and schema-ready templates
Manage tracking scripts, cookies, and Consent Mode v2
Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and JavaScript issues
Coordinate deployments from staging to production
Full-Stack Development
Use JavaScript (ES6+), , and APIs for marketing automation
Apply backend knowledge (PHP, JSON, REST APIs)
Connect third-party services via Zapier, Make, or custom webhooks
Build automation scripts using Apps Script, Python, or
Utilize Git/GitHub for version control
Apply performance optimization (caching, minification, lazy loading, CDN)
Troubleshoot CMS/CRM/analytics integrations
Automation & Integration
Build automated workflows using Zapier, Make, or Apps Script
Implement AI/API integrations for publishing, schema, and analytics
Support CRM integrations (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Ensure accurate data flow across all marketing systems
Project Coordination & Documentation
Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and change logs
Prepare analytics summaries and technical reports
Coordinate with developers, designers, and content teams
Ensure deliverables meet timelines, QA standards, and KPIs
4+ years in digital/technical marketing operations
Hands-on experience with:
Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio
WordPress (Elementor/Oxygen), Shopify Liquid
Rank Math / Yoast, JSON-LD schema
Zapier, Make, Google Apps Script
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), debugging
PHP, , REST APIs
Google Sheets (advanced formulas), Excel
Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, PSI
Strong grasp of conversion tracking, UTM frameworks, attribution
API integration experience
Excellent documentation and written communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects independently
AppScript or Python for automation
Experience with Salesforce or Zoho One
Familiarity with AI content workflows (OpenAI API)
Server-side tagging and consent configuration experience
Web performance optimization knowledge
