Associate Aqua Nutritionist

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Associate Aqua Nutritionist to support the formulation, research, and development of high-quality aquaculture feeds. This role involves assisting in the evaluation of feed performance, analyzing nutritional data, and collaborating with the production and technical teams to ensure optimal feed quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the formulation and evaluation of aquaculture feed products to meet species-specific nutritional requirements.
• Support feed trials and performance studies to assess product effectiveness and feed conversion efficiency.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret nutritional and production data to recommend feed improvements.
• Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and technical service teams to ensure adherence to nutritional standards.
• Assist in product development, raw material assessment, and ingredient optimization.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and trial summaries.
• Provide technical assistance to farm clients and sales teams as needed.
• Stay updated on trends and developments in aquaculture nutrition and feed technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fisheries, Animal Science, Agriculture, Biology, or related field
• With experience or background in aquaculture feed formulation, nutrition, or farm operations (an advantage)
• PRC license (Registered Fisheries Technologist or related field) is an advantage
• Strong analytical, research, and data interpretation skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to travel and work closely with farm operations
