Sales Manager – Siegwerk Reporting to: Head of Sales Philippines – Sheetfed Role Purpose : The Sales Manager II executes the sales strategy, business plan and objectives within area of responsibility with dedicated customer OFC team partners to achieve defined sales targets in consideration of regional/BU sales strategy. Core Responsibilities Execute sales strategy and plan and realize sales forecast and business plan within the area of responsibility in consideration of overall regional sales strategy. Realize defined sales and gross margin targets within the area of responsibility with dedicated OFC teams to improve market share and introduce best practices to maximize customer satisfaction. Ensure cooperation and teamwork with technology and marketing to develop innovative products and services, provide best‑in‑class customer service and solutions. Observe and analyze markets, competitors and customers to develop and implement marketing measures to improve sales performance. Manage accounts and negotiate contracts within authority in consideration of defined guidelines and margins to maximize revenues and achieve sales targets. Provide timely and qualitative support to key accounts (International and Regional) to maintain high sales productivity, pricing policy and optimal level of service. Manage customer claims with dedicated OFC teams to provide optimized sales and technical solutions and maximize customer satisfaction. Implement marketing concepts, introduce new products and define customized solutions and proposals to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Collect information on local industry issues, cooperate with local industry association, authorities and others to expand network and industrial influence. Report on sales activities to superior and initiate and implement measures in case of deviations. Establish sales budget with superior and customer OFC resources to ensure growth and profitability in the defined country/area in accordance with Regional/BU strategy. Lead and motivate sales force and customer AMS teams to improve personal and BU performance and continuously develop professional expertise. Support development of country/area sales objectives and plans, market analysis and research. Support product development process through market and customer input. Qualifications Related university degree or long‑term commercial experience. Minimum 5 years sales/commercial experience in the chemical industry or packaging industry.
