We are looking for a Bilingual Account Executive to join our team and deliver exceptional client service. In this role, you will manage client accounts, handle weekly intakes, and guide clients through essential documentation in both Spanish and English. You will ensure compliance with HIPAA standards, maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM, and provide timely support across multiple communication channels. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 10–20 weekly client intakes through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Assist clients in completing medical release forms and family service agreements in both Spanish and English.
  • Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA standards and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide customer support and resolve issues via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Perform real-time data entry and updates in Zoho CRM.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and product knowledge.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay informed about product updates and company policy
    changes.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
  • Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data security protocols.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
