What We're Looking For
Experience & Background
  • Hybrid + Night Shift work arrangement
  • Healthcare industry experience is REQUIRED

    (BPO Healthcare, Optum, RCM, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Hospital Account Support, Insurance/Provider Services)
  • Minimum 3 years in a Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Admin-Sales hybrid role

  • Proven experience in:

  • Sales playbook creation or improvement

  • Process documentation (SOPs, workflows, checklists)
  • Sales operations optimization
  • Strong relationship management and ability to handle sensitive or urgent client situations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or Healthcare-related field
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, PipeDrive)

Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Pipeline Management
  • Maintain and track the sales pipeline, ensuring all deals, stages, and follow-ups are updated accurately
  • Support the sales team by coordinating end-to-end sales processes, from lead intake to deal close
  • Monitor sales metrics and generate dashboards, reports, and insights
Admin & Sales Support
  • Coordinate sales meetings, internal check-ins, client calls, and conference schedules
  • Prepare sales decks, presentations, and data insights for client meetings
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to ensure the sales team runs efficiently
Process & Playbook Development

  • Assist in developing and refining the sales playbook, including:

  • Sales process documentation

  • SOP creation
  • Workflow mapping
  • Best practices and sales scripts
  • Identify operational gaps and propose improvements for efficiency and accuracy
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Communicate with internal teams (Marketing, Proposals, Finance, Operations) to align on sales needs
  • Handle escalations and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Ensure smooth information flow between departments
CRM & Data Management
  • Oversee the accuracy and completeness of CRM data
  • Maintain sales databases, filing systems, and records
  • Ensure dashboards reflect current team performance
Research & Sales Enablement
  • Conduct competitive and market research to support sales strategy
  • Identify potential leads, trends, and opportunities for the sales team
