CSR - Sales Representative (International Voice Account)

Location: Makati Site

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Shifting

Job Overview:

We are looking for highly motivated and persuasive individuals to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and close deals over the phone. Prior international voice experience in sales is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound or inbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers
  • Present and promote products or services clearly and persuasively
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications:

  • Must be persuasive and possess strong sales skills (CCE or non-CCE)
  • International voice call experience in sales is a plus
  • High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
