We're Hiring: Customer Service Associate

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the main link between our clients and the company, making sure their questions and requests are handled promptly.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Addressing inquiries about life insurance plans, coverage, billing, and claims
  • Providing accurate, timely, and courteous assistance through phone, email, or in-person support
  • Helping clients process policy changes such as beneficiary updates, reinstatements, and amendments
  • Coordinating with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Maintaining client records with accuracy and confidentiality

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a professional who is client-focused, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Behavioral Science, Communication Arts, or other related fields
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in policy servicing (conservation, amendments, settlements) and customer support in financial or insurance services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Organized, patient, and solutions-oriented
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer support systems/tools
