We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Customer Service Associate to join our team in the US Healthcare industry.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support. As a Healthcare Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions to customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in BPO handling a Healthcare Account.
  • Familiarity with US Healthcare Insurance and related regulations.
  • Knowledge of Claims, Benefits, Denials is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and remain patient under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software.
  • Availability to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong and willingness to work night shifts.
