We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Customer Service Associate to join our team in the US Healthcare industry.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support. As a Healthcare Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions to customers through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer support via phone, email, and other digital platforms.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in BPO handling a Healthcare Account.
- Familiarity with US Healthcare Insurance and related regulations.
- Knowledge of Claims, Benefits, Denials is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to empathize with customers and remain patient under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software.
- Availability to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong and willingness to work night shifts.
