  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Processing and securing approval on customer request
