Reporting: Monday to Saturday (8:00 am-5:00 pm)

About the role

Golden Richland Farm Corporation is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable to join our Accounting and Finance Department team in San Mateo Isabela. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining our financial operations and supporting the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Process supplier invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments
  2. Reconcile accounts payable ledgers and statements
  3. Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation
  5. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
  6. Support the month-end and year-end close processes
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and controls

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  2. Strong bookkeeping and accounting skills, with at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role
  3. Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
  4. Strong organisational and time-management skills
  5. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. Knowledge of relevant accounting principles, procedures, and regulations
