Meadow Manufacturing Corporation, a sister company of Marigold Manufacturing Corporation is in search of Accounts Payable Assistant.

Your scope of responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

  • Receive and review incoming invoices from vendors, ensuring they are accurate, properly authorized, and match the purchase orders or contracts.
  • Record invoice details into the company's accounting system, allocate expenses to appropriate accounts and cost centers.
  • Process payments to vendors within the agreed-upon payment terms.
  • Handle any inquiries or discrepancies related to invoices or payments.
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions to ensure that all payments are accounted for correctly.
  • Review and process employee expense reports, verify receipts and ensure compliance with company expense policies.
  • Maintain and accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions, invoices, and payment documentation.
  • Assist with month -end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of reports and reconciliations related to accounts payable.

Minumum Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Accounting graduate
  • Work experience in accounts payable
  • Enough understanding of accounting concepts to properly code expenses.
