Responsibilities:Assist the Regional Merchandising and Promotions Manager in executing brand staging through trade marketing and brand building, collaborating with distributors to increase sales-to-trade (STT). Monitor inventory of collaterals in depots. Ensure proper use and installation of TPOSM through trade checks.

Coordinate deployment of TPA merchandising teams. Program Management:Cascade program cycles to TPA aligned with marketing objectives. Oversee program implementation and report consolidation.

Availability:Ensure product line availability across key accounts, POI, and trade channels. Conduct weekly meetings to assess business needs. Monitor distributor manpower and ensure effective distribution and merchandising.

Collaborate with distributors on program execution and distribution strategies. Business Review:Prepare and present quarterly business reports as needed. Seniority Level:AssociateEmployment Type:Full-time
