About the role

As a Supervisor - South Luzon (Xiaomi), you will play a key role in overseeing the operations and performance of Xiaomi's retail stores in the South Luzon region. In this full-time, on-site position, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales and revenue growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and manage a team of sales associates, providing training, coaching and performance feedback
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of Xiaomi retail stores in the South Luzon region, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
  3. Monitor and analyse store performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  4. Liaise with the regional management team to communicate store performance, identify opportunities and collaborate on initiatives
  5. Foster a positive and engaging work environment that promotes teamwork, productivity and exceptional customer service
  6. Ensure that all store inventory, merchandising and visual standards are maintained to Xiaomi's high quality expectations
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing campaigns to promote Xiaomi products and drive footfall

What we're looking for

  1. With experience in a retail supervisory or store management role, preferably within the consumer electronics industry
  2. Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators
  3. Strong operational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both customers and colleagues
  5. Familiarity with retail merchandising, inventory management and customer service best practices
  6. Passion for the Xiaomi brand and a deep understanding of the consumer electronics market
  7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support store operations
