Job Description:

The Customer Value and Engagement Associate is responsible for planning and executing online and onground campaigns driven by Customer Experience.

Under the guidance of the Customer Value and Engagement Manager, s/he shall develop and implement tactical campaigns supporting the CX strategy of AP Distribution Utilities. S/he shall play a critical role in moving customers to digital, generating customer lifetime value, and driving business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Content and Campaign Management
  • Stakeholder and Partner Management

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of a four-year Business/Industry-related course, preferably Marketing and Communications, Digital Marketing, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences and Advertising
  • Preferably at least 1-2 years relevant work experience related to the company's business/operations
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Certification on Digital Marketing is an advantage
