Job Title: Nonvoice Customer Service ​Associate (Remote)

Overview:​ The Customer Service Associate will assist users by managing inquiries and resolving issues through chat and email. The role requires strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide prompt, accurate support. Youll contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience while working remotely in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within established time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution​.

Communicate with customers through various channels to address inquiries and issues.

Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's products to answer customer questions accurately.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, maintaining a high standard of customer support.

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work with a sense of urgency.

Experience with data verification.

Quick problem-solving abilities
