The Laptop Specialist assists customers in choosing the right laptops and accessories based on their needs and budget. The role includes explaining product features, handling after-sales concerns, performing basic diagnostics, and staying updated on the latest laptop models and technologies. The specialist also ensures that product displays are organized and that the sales area is well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assess their needs to recommend suitable laptops or accessories
  • Demonstrate product features, specifications, and compatibility options
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laptop models, brands, and technologies
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic laptop performance or hardware issues
  • Coordinate with technical teams for repairs or warranty concerns
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain proper inventory and product displays in the store
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure excellent customer service
  • Handle product inquiries through walk-ins, calls, or online messages
  • Report product or customer issues to management as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree / College Level in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or technical support (preferably in gadgets, computers, or electronics)
  • Knowledgeable in laptop specifications, components, and brands
  • Customer-oriented and has strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in explaining tech-related information to customers
  • Can work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays
  • Tech-savvy and passionate about gadgets and technology

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php540.00 per day
