URGENT HIRING

As a IT Systems Specialist, you will be responsible in aligning and support our IT environment with the dynamic changes of the e-learning market and our fast paced developing company.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create, set up, manage new or existing accounts with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Sharepoint.
  • Manage the Azure environment (VM, SQL databases, Front/Back end websites/systems)
  • Create, setup, and manage security policies for the network (Meraki), cloud, and company devices
  • Disaster recovery management (backup and restore)
  • Knowledge in resolving Windows errors, physical problems with laptops/computers/routers/phones
  • Monitor incoming support tickets and resolve respective issues / escalation
  • Setup and maintain hardware/software (asset tagging, initial setup of device, company Azure enrolling…)
  • Endpoint manager policy creation and execution on all company devices
  • Manage and provide data to HR, Legal, and Finance departments
  • Actively search for bottlenecks in IT and develop solutions for problems
  • Running projects and taking ownership of projects 

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant and solid experience on robust IT infrastructure
- Knowledge in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams), MS Azure, MS
- Active Directory, MS Endpoint Manager and Defender
- Initiate creative solutions to save time for our support desk
- Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure certification (any level) is mandatory
- Knowledge in networking and basic networking setup (VLAN, WAN, WIFI)
- Previous IT support involving working with helpdesk tickets, issues, escalating, and performance tracking
- Great problem solver and thinking outside of the box for problems on a day-today basis
- Project and time management skills
- Team player
- Good verbal and written English
- University degree or certification in IT related major
- Experience in multinational environment is a plus
- Cisco Meraki Support
- Entra ID Admin
- Licenses Management

Preferred
- MS Certified at least MS900/AZ900/SC900
- Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft Azure certifications
- Knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools (WorkFlows and Power Automate)
- Familiarity with PEZA regulations and ISO 27001: :2022
