Job Title: Customer Retention Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven professional to join our client in the online gaming industry. This role focuses on outbound calling to both VIP and regular churned customers, with the goal of re-engaging players, driving activity, and enhancing customer loyalty. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled in building rapport quickly, and motivated by achieving results.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to both VIP and churned regular customers to re-engage them.
  • Build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service during each interaction
  • Identify opportunities to retain and reactivate players through proactive outreach.
  • Communicate promotional offers and encourage continued player activity.
  • Record and track customer interactions using CRM or support tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in outbound calling, telesales, or customer engagement roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident phone presence.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Customer-first approach with professionalism and empathy.
  • Background in online gaming or sports betting is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or call management tools is an advantage.
