We are looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused Laptop Promoter / Laptop Specialist to represent our laptop products in-store. The role is responsible for engaging customers, demonstrating features, and providing expert recommendations based on customer needs. The Specialist will ensure product visibility, manage demos, and support daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and approach customers to promote laptops and accessories
  • Provide expert product demonstrations and explain specifications clearly
  • Recommend devices based on customer needs (work, school, gaming, business, etc.)
  • Maintain updated product knowledge on brands, OS, specs, and new releases
  • Ensure proper display arrangement, cleanliness, and merchandising
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting and product inquiries
  • Support sales targets and contribute to store performance
  • Prepare daily sales reports and submit to supervisor
  • Represent the brand professionally and uphold product standards

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate (required); College Level/Graduate preferred
  • Background in electronics, gadgets, or tech retail is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of laptop specs (CPU, RAM, SSD, GPU, OS, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Confident, approachable, and comfortable doing product demos
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to upsell
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for laptops and accessories
  • Willing to work mall hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
