Country Manager(Chinese Speaking)

The Country Manager will be fully responsible for strategic planning and daily operations in the Philippine market, with a strong focus on compliance and sustainable business growth. This role oversees Human Resources, Administration & Legal, Finance, Business Development, and Public Relations to ensure stable operations and long-term success in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Compliance & Government Relations
- Ensure all business activities strictly comply with Philippine laws, regulations, and commercial standards.
- Establish and maintain long-term communication channels with government agencies and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct regular compliance risk assessments, develop preventive measures, and ensure effective implementation.
- Lead the application, renewal, and maintenance of all business licenses and regulatory certifications.
2. Strategy & Business Management
- Demonstrate strong market insight and conduct regular industry and competitive landscape analysis.
- Formulate business development strategies, annual operating plans, and performance targets for the Philippine market.
- Provide timely recommendations for business adjustments based on market changes and optimize operational strategies.
- Lead and support business teams in market expansion to ensure stable and continuous business growth.
3. Team & Organizational Development
- Establish and enhance HR management systems to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and optimize resource allocation across departments.
- Develop local talent and build a highly effective team with strong China–Philippines cultural integration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management, Commerce, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of overseas working experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role in the Philippines.
- Experience in comprehensive management within multinational companies or Chinese enterprises overseas is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine laws, policies, and business practices.
- Excellent government relations and public affairs management capabilities.
- Outstanding strategic planning, business development, and team leadership skills.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English; basic proficiency in Filipino (Tagalog) is a plus.
