Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
  • Handle financial accounting for overseas subsidiaries to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
  • Prepare financial statements and analytical reports to support management decision-making.
  • Complete weekly cash flow reports for overseas entities and conduct cash flow forecasting and analysis.
2. Asset Management & Expense Control
  • Manage and account for overseas subsidiary assets to ensure asset security.
  • Review every overseas expenditure to ensure reasonableness, compliance, and proper authorization.
  • Identify financial risks and improvement opportunities within business processes, proposing feasible solutions.
3. Cross-border Coordination & Framework Development
  • Communicate with overseas teams to address finance- and compliance-related inquiries.
  • Assist in establishing and improving the financial governance framework for overseas subsidiaries.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; overseas study or work experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with IFRS standards, Philippine taxation, and local financial regulations is preferred.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English with strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in the financial industry or multinational corporations is an advantage.
  • Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to deliver high-quality results on time.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with UFIDA (Yonyou) finance systems and strong data-analysis ability is preferred.
