About the Company:

Ttrend Computer Distribution Corporation is one of the Philippines' fastest-growing computer and laptop distributors, partnered with Casterly for large-scale IT supply and refurbishing. We supply refurbished and brand-new laptops and computers to retail customers, wholesale buyers, and corporate clients across multiple online platforms and physical branches.

We are seeking a Sales & Operations Strategist — a driven, results-oriented professional who can lead, plan, and execute strategies to grow sales, manage teams, and develop strong customer engagement across all channels and branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, lead, and execute sales and marketing strategies across online and offline platforms to increase company revenue.
  • Manage and optimize all online stores (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, website, and Facebook).
  • Supervise live selling operations, content creation, and team coordination.
  • Oversee branch sales operations and ensure alignment with company targets and growth plans.
  • Create business strategies for current and future branches, including promotions, customer engagement programs, and local marketing initiatives.
  • Develop new approaches to attract and retain customers, improve conversion rates, and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Coordinate with Casterly on inventory, supply planning, and product flow management.
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.
  • Lead, train, and motivate sales and marketing teams to achieve consistent performance.
  • Report directly to top management on progress, insights, and new strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations management, preferably in the computer, electronics, or e-commerce industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive measurable sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of online platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Facebook).
  • Experience in branch operations, marketing planning, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Willing to work on-site in Pampanga.
