We're looking for a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant (with Procurement Support) who can provide top-level support to our leadership team while assisting in basic procurement and logistics. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values professionalism, and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 5 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
- With 2 years of experience in basic Procurement & Logistics (sourcing, coordination, documentation)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel preferred), Google Suite, and Canva
- Familiar with procurement processes, supplier coordination, and basic logistics
- Comfortable using productivity and office tools
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage executive calendar, travel, and communications
- Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and reports
- Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items
- Maintain organized files and confidential records
- Assist with basic procurement tasks: sourcing suppliers, canvassing, preparing comparative reports, and coordinating deliveries
- Support finance and administrative tasks when needed
- Help monitor Quality Management System processes
- Perform errands, logistics coordination, and other ad hoc tasks
