Job Description
  • Assist in the development and updating of advertising and promotional materials for both print and digital formats
  • Create and update materials for HR, Operations and other internal documents
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to maintain brand consistency and deliver high-quality visuals across all marketing materials
  • Create, manage, and optimize social media campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager to drive traffic and reach
  • Create analytics report for Luton Optimised properties + distribution
  • Manage and update website content through WordPress and other relevant portals
  • Work closely with the web development team to implement website changes and improvements
  • Coordinate advertising bookings for Allhomes and Canberra Weekly publication
  • Manage and coordinate the creation and updating of templates in Campaigntrack
  • Upload and manage videos on the company YouTube channel
  • Assist the Photography team by uploading property photos to Campaigntrack and notifying agents accordingly
  • Create and manage Typeforms for various tasks across all departments
  • Manage staff profiles and templates in Realtair
  • Organise and distribute floorplans and Matterport files/links to agents
  • Manage Luton Google Business reviews, including replies, email follow-ups, and team communications
Job Qualifications
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with real estate, creative agencies, or corporate marketing teams is an advantage.
  • Proficient in social media management, particularly Facebook Ads Manager for creating and optimizing campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress for website content management and updates.
  • Familiar with tools such as Campaigntrack, Typeform, and Realtair is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and ability to prepare performance reports.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to collaborate with design teams to produce visually appealing and brand-consistent materials.
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
