The role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Technical Sales Representative to join the sales team at Xtreme Works Inc.' Based in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila, this is a full-time role where you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative products and services to new and existing customers within the Sales industry.

Key responsibilities

  1. Identify and qualify prospective customers within target markets
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  3. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those requirements
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
  5. Negotiate contract terms and close sales effectively
  6. Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  8. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record of success in a Sales Representative/Consultant role, ideally within the Sales industry
  2. Strong understanding of technical products and solutions, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling sales messaging
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  5. Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  6. Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  7. With pleasing personality.
