retention programs.

leadership behaviors, and strengthen organizational bench strength.
• Shape Organizational Culture:
Champion cultural transformation initiatives that promote innovation,
collaboration, and agility within a fast-paced technology and engineering
environment.
• Drive Business Impact:
Translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies that improve
performance, engagement, and organizational health.
• Organizational Development:
Lead change management efforts, organizational design projects, and capability building programs to ensure scalability and adaptability.
• HR Expertise Across Functions:
Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance
management, and compliance to ensure holistic HR support.
