About the role

Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a passionate and dedicated Student Enrollment Advisor - CSR to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding prospective students through the enrollment process. Based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, this position plays a key role in supporting our student services efforts.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to inbound inquiries from prospective students via phone, email and online chat
  • Assisting students with the application and enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Providing detailed information about our academic programs, tuition, and student support services
  • Maintaining accurate student records and documentation throughout the enrollment lifecycle
  • Collaborating with the admissions team to identify and address any student concerns or barriers to enrollment
  • Continuously improving customer service skills to enhance the student experience

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or student support role, preferably in the education sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse student populations
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle inquiries and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office suite
  • A passion for education and a commitment to supporting student success
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
