QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BSC Accounting/BS Accounting

  • minimum of one (1) year Finance experience

  • Preferably with Excel and SAP experience

  • Computer literate and with good analytical skills

  • Hardworking, flexible, attentive to details, good interpersonal skills, organized worker

JOB DESCRIPTION

FINANCIAL REPORTING:

1. Observance and strict compliance on monthly FS closing (i.e. shift from working days to calendar days) deadlines

2. Preparation of assigned account details for the monthly reporting package to management.

3. Providing relevant account analysis and variances on assigned account including aging report on debtors and analysis thru graph on the monthly HTMT reporting package

4. Preparation of audit schedules, as necessary.

5. Preparation of other financial reports, as requested.

INTER-COMPANY TRANSACTIONS:

1. Validation and recording of the monthly inter-company charges

2. Preparation of monthly inter-company invoices (non-trade) to affiliates

3. Preparation of monthly reconciliation for all affiliates including maintaining sub ledger and inter company entries on file.

4. Preparation of reclassification and adjustments, as necessary.

ACCOUNT ANALYSIS:

1. Monitoring and regular reconciliation of monthly subsidiary ledgers of the following assigned accounts:


• AR – Trade


• Input Tax & Deferred Input Tax


• Due to/from Affiliated Companies,


• Output Taxes


• Creditable Withholding Taxes


• Accrued Telecom


• Revenue Analysis


• Inter-company revenue & expenses

2. Preparation of reclassification and adjustments, as necessary

3. Regular clean up of accruals and maintaining subsidiary ledger for each client for update and recon purposes.

BILLINGS FOR NON-TRADE:

1. Preparation of monthly billing for non-trade transactions.

2. Monitoring of collections.

3. Preparation of reclassification and adjustments, as necessary.

TAX REPORTING AND UPDATES:

1. Preparation of PEZA Revenue Report on a monthly basis.

2. Preparation of Zero-Rated VAT alpha list on a monthly basis.

3. Preparation of VAT alpha list on a monthly basis.

4. Follow up clients for the Quarterly Creditable Taxes Withheld (Expanded – BIR Form 2307)
