We are seeking ambitious individuals to assume key responsibilities in lead generation, campaign execution, and sales outreach. This entry-level position involves identifying and qualifying new prospects through various channels.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify qualified leads using outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute targeted outreach initiatives to high-value prospects.
  • Sales Outreach: Introduce our services and communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our executive team.
  • CRM Management: Record interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to refine targeting strategies.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type at a moderate pace
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS
  • Highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills
  • A customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism
  • Team-oriented with a desire to grow and succeed
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, inside sales, technical support, or administrative roles
  • Experience working in state or federal programs is an asset
