We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Data Entry Specialist and contribute to ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and organization of data across our systems.

Job Responsibilities
  • Input, update, and maintain accurate product, sales, and inventory data in our systems.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of records across programs and tools.
  • Verify, cross-check, and correct data to prevent errors.
  • Generate, organize, and maintain reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure data requirements are met.
  • Protect sensitive information by following strict confidentiality protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data management tools.
  • Familiarity with programs used in data management.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive work attitude.
