Our team is seeking a highly skilled individual to manage vendor bill processing for our global entities.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong data entry skills and experience in finance administration to support our financial operations.

This role will involve receiving, reviewing, and accurately entering bills into Commonsku and QuickBooks Online, ensuring timely and precise data entry. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to manage high volumes of data, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage vendor bill processing across multiple entities
  2. Ensure correct currency application for invoices
  3. Verify bill details, including amounts, vendor information, and account coding
  4. Maintain timely data entry to support accurate financial reporting and accounts payable processing
  5. Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information
  6. Assist in reconciling accounts payable records to ensure accuracy and completeness

Qualifications:

  1. 1+ years of experience in data entry, accounts payable, or finance administration
  2. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online; experience with Commonsku is a plus
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  4. Ability to manage high-volume data entry independently in a fast-paced environment
