Key Responsibilities

Guest Services & Front Desk Operations

  • Supervise all front desk activities including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, billing, and guest services.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operation of daily shift activities, providing support and direction to front desk staff.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional, prompt, and empathetic manner.
  • Maintain a visible presence at the front desk during peak hours to engage with guests and support team performance.
  • Assist in onboarding and welcoming new residents, helping to orient them to the space and community guidelines.

Team Leadership & Staff Development

  • Train, coach, and mentor front office team members to maintain high levels of service and professionalism.
  • Create front desk schedules, manage shift coverage, and monitor team performance.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that aligns with the property's community-oriented values.
  • Conduct regular briefings and training sessions to keep staff updated on policies, promotions, and procedures.

Administrative & System Management

  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest profiles using the property management system (PMS).
  • Monitor occupancy, room availability, and rate plans to support revenue optimization.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (occupancy, revenue, incident logs, etc.) for management review.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation of financial transactions processed at the front desk.
  • Maintain front office supplies, inventory, and equipment to ensure operational readiness.

Facility & Community Coordination

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and common areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Communicate guest feedback to relevant departments and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Support the implementation of events and activities that enhance guest engagement and community building.
  • Enforce community rules and guidelines respectfully, ensuring a safe and respectful living environment.
  • Monitor security procedures, including access control, guest logs, and incident reporting.

Brand & Guest Experience Development

  • Uphold and promote the company's brand values and guest experience standards.
  • Continuously seek feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
  • Assist in curating a warm, inclusive atmosphere that fosters connection among short- and long-term guests.
  • Help design and improve welcome packages, digital guides, and other tools to enhance the guest journey.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php17,500.00 per month
