DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide daily operational support for NetSuite users across Finance and Property Management.
  • Assist with configuration tasks such as maintaining unit records, billing schedules, Account IDs, vendor profiles, and routine updates.
  • Create and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards for billing, collections, maintenance, and financial monitoring.
  • Support month-end closing activities and help ensure accuracy of dues, assessments, and utility billing.
  • Perform troubleshooting and resolve medium-complexity issues.
  • Assist in testing system enhancements and documenting processes.
  • Conduct user training sessions for property managers, accountants, or administration staff.
  • Support data cleansing, imports, and periodic data quality checks.
  • Contribute to project deliverables, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

Education
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business or a related field.

Experience
:

  • At least 1 year of NetSuite experience, with exposure to property or condo management operations.
  • Good understanding of unit records, dues tracking, billing, collections, and basic property management data structures.
  • Experience with saved searches, reports, roles, permissions, and routine configuration updates.
