Venue Supervisor, Timezone Philippines

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leads team huddle before start of every shift
  • Briefs team on new promotions and on new policies and procedures.
  • Lead training of team on new training modules especially those from Level-Up that need completion.
  • Coordinates with technicians on any technical problems/issues that may arise in the venue ensuring that the same is addressed accordingly.
  • Attends to guests' needs and complaints

Venue Operations:

  • Oversee the general venue operation during shift.
  • Responsible in opening and in closing the assigned Timezone venue/s.
  • Responsible in safekeeping sales and depositing the same in a timely manner and in accordance with the Company's SOP in depositing cash sales.
  • Cashiers for promotional and discounted transactions.
  • Monitors and orders weekly stock inventory of the venue.
  • Monitors redemption of big prize items.
  • Monitors stocks of prizes ensuring proper stock level of all prizes to avoid last minute prize requests.
  • Assists the venue manager in the preparation of some and/or all reports for submission to Support Office.
  • Safe keeps records and updates the same.
  • Assists the Venue Manager in securing permits from local government and from the mall administration.
  • Other duties as directed.

Qualifications & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Operations Management, or any related field.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office tool.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task.
  • Organized and attentive to details.
  • Must be willing to work on-site.
