We are currently seeking a Recruitment Officer who has a strong background in hiring and talent acquisition, particularly for managerial and leadership positions. This role is critical in ensuring that our company attracts and retains high-caliber leaders who can drive organizational growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for managerial and senior-level roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads and management to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, professional networks, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet both job requirements and cultural fit.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to management during candidate selection and job offer negotiations.
  • Maintain and expand a network of potential candidates for future managerial and executive hiring needs.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.) and provide reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar role, with a focus on hiring managerial or leadership positions.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and selection methods.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess both technical qualifications and leadership potential of candidates.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
