Payroll Officer

Payroll processing: Prepare and process accurate and timely payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Timekeeping validation: Review and verify attendance records, overtime, leaves, and other adjustments before payroll computation.
Deductions and contributions: Compute and remit government-mandated deductions such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR taxes.
Record maintenance: Maintain and update employee payroll files, salary adjustments, and other payroll-related data.
Reporting: Generate and submit payroll summaries, payslips, and other financial reports for management and auditing purposes.
Issue resolution: Address and resolve employee payroll concerns, discrepancies, or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and internal payroll policies.
Coordination: Collaborate with HR and Accounting departments for employee movements, benefits, and salary updates.
Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive payroll information and maintain strict data privacy standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
