APC Infra Star Construction Corp. is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and highly reliable Payroll Officer who will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for both site and office employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for employees, including salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
  • Handle semi-monthly payroll for site and office employees.
  • Validate attendance records, timesheets, and overtime computations.
  • Ensure timely remittance of statutory contributions and taxes (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding tax).
  • Compute 13th month pay and perform annual tax computations and tax annualization.
  • Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal payroll policies.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports, journal entries, and regulatory forms required for compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or any related course.
  • Experience in construction payroll is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficient in payroll and accounting systems (QuickBooks), MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Knowledgeable in government-mandated contributions and deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and taxes).
  • Familiar with Philippine labor laws.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize work, and perform under minimal supervision.
  • Willing to be trained starting January 12, 2026.
