About the role

As the Clinical Operations Manager for Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc., you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare BPO business. This critical role will involve managing a team of clinical professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and customer service. Based in our Taguig City office, this full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare operations manager to make a meaningful impact within a growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvement across our clinical services
  2. Manage and oversee a team of clinical professionals, including nurses, medical coders and administrative staff
  3. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure service level agreements are met
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement new initiatives
  5. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure we are meeting or exceeding their expectations
  6. Contribute to the development and enhancement of our policies, procedures and training programs
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and best practices in healthcare operations

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare operations management role, preferably within a BPO or call centre environment
  2. In-depth knowledge of healthcare processes, regulations and industry best practices
  3. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver high-quality, efficient service
  4. Strong problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  6. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or a related field
