The Aesthetic Clinical Assistant / Physician Assistant will work closely with the Dermatologist and Aesthetic Physicians in performing high-quality dermatological and aesthetic services. This role involves supporting medical professionals during procedures, patient consultations, treatments, and post-care, while ensuring adherence to safety protocols, ethical standards, and an exceptional patient experience.

This position is ideal for licensed nurses, allied health professionals, or medical graduates who are passionate about aesthetic medicine and committed to continuous learning and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical & Procedural Support

  • Assist physicians during aesthetic procedures such as injectables, laser treatments, chemical peels, and other minimally invasive dermatologic services.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, instruments, and consumables before and after procedures.
  • Perform assigned or supervised non-invasive treatments (laser, skin rejuvenation, facials, body contouring, etc.) as permitted by internal certification and training.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards, sterilization protocols, and equipment safety.

Patient Care & Engagement

  • Conduct initial patient screening, assessments, and documentation as required.
  • Provide pre- and post-procedure briefings, instructions, and aftercare guidance.
  • Ensure a professional, warm, and supportive environment before, during, and after procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical medical handling of patient records and information.

Documentation & Administrative Support

  • Update patient charts, treatment forms, consent documents, and digital records (EHR).
  • Assist with treatment photography and documentation following clinic protocols.
  • Coordinate with Front Desk and Scheduling Team for physician appointments and follow-up care.

Operational Support

  • Participate in inventory management, replenishment requests, and equipment monitoring.
  • Report maintenance concerns, treatment room issues, or equipment malfunction immediately.
  • Support compliance with DOH standards, clinic certifications, and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Nurse, Allied Health Professional, or Medical Graduate (preferred: RN, RMT, PT, RT).
  • Prior experience in dermatology, cosmetic surgery, or aesthetic medicine is an advantage but not required.
  • Willing to undergo internal training and certification under The Aivee Group clinical standards.

Work Schedule

  • On-site role; 6 days per week based on clinic operational schedule.
  • Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules depending on patient volume and clinic needs.
  • May be assigned to different branches of The Aivee Group as required.
